In the BiG high tech production facility in Winsen/Luhe near Hamburg, every BiG golf club is precisely taylor made. After entry and evaluation of the performance DNA of the golfer such as anatomy, sequence of movements and way of playing. BiG bioenginners create a perfectly adjusted golf club for this athlete.
Only the highest quality materials and fabrication processes are used: through data analysis, the ideal combination of balance, form, length and angle of the club is set, the club head and shaft materials are determined – such as graphit, alu, alu carbon or steel – as well as the individual design defined.

After that the clubs are assembled by means of highly precise procedure, measured many times and checked for quality, in order to eliminate faults and practically eliminate assembly tolerances. A standard of precision that is one of a kind in the golf industry!
For the classic finish, every golf club is laser engraved with the golfers name and individual PGC-Code on the club head and the shaft. This guarantees that for second sets or for additional orders the exact identical golf clubs will be built.
